Somos Herencia is a digital platform that gives visibility to the work of farmers, producers of locally sourced artifacts and local micro-enterprises, through the exhibition of their products and the story behind their cultivation and transformation in Western Antioquia.
Why?
This platform was born from the identification of the lack of support and visibility of small enterprises and traditional crafts of the region, in additional to the fact that the inhabitants and tourists of the area expressed ignorance about the transformation practices of the local raw material and the working conditions of farmers.

How?
The platform proposes a solution to this problem by using the digital and analog platform to mediate and make life stories visible, focusing on the sale of locally sourced products.

The goals of Somos Herencia are: To rethink the work of production and sale of the inhabitants, without resorting to an exhaustive search for customers. To recognize the work of farmers without the need to waste their production due to low sales. And to vindicate the traditional work of women, without forgetting the regional importance of their work.
The platform is aimed at three information users: farmers, producers of traditional products and their traders, and micro-entrepreneurs. They bring together the inhabitants and visitors of the region who are interested in acquiring the products offered there.
The strategy of familiarization and dissemination of the platform will be through analogous points within the towns that invite to enter the digital platform that would expand the information exposed there, and the voice to voice within the farmers towards external agents.
