The Artist Series by Intel
To celebrate the performance of 12th Gen Intel® Core™ powered laptops, Intel collaborated with 20 artists from around the world, challenging them to create exclusive artwork inspired by our Intel platforms and the gaming experiences they bring to life. These Artist Series designs will be available as special gaming desk mats for a limited time to purchase, with proceeds supporting AbleGamers Charity and the International Committee of the Red Cross.
The Race
'The race' is based off the inspirations of my childhood, classic racing games; one which comes to mind was the 1998 video game 'powerslide', I've also taken inspiration from things such as the unique individualism from the Whacky Racers cartoon.
The Racers represent the large variation of computer users, from simple to complex, each in it's own use of powerful technology in their own unique way.
I wanted the landscape to fit visually, to represent the sections of a computer, with the Intel chip to be the high light of such a landscape.
