Se realiza el rediseño de la página web de Conforama para incrementar las ventas online mejorando la experiencia de usuario y la interfaz web. En cuanto al research UX se sigue un proceso a través de diferentes metodologías como journey map, benchmark, user persona, tree testing, diagrama de flujo, etc.

Como conclusión hay que mejorar el diseño de la web haciéndolo más sencillo, intuitivo y atractivo. La importancia de reestructurar el menú para facilitar el proceso de búsqueda, organizar la ficha de producto y facilitar el proceso de pago.

Se ha desarrollado un sistema de diseño con todos los componentes y elementos como botones, cards, estilos de texto, colores, etc. Se han creado los prototipos interactivos de la web y versión responsive para móvil, ya que cada vez más usuarios utilizan sus smartphones para realizar compras online.

The redesign of the Conforama website is created to increase online sales by improving the user experience and the web interface. Regarding UX research, we follow a process with different methodologies such as journey map, benchmark, user persona, tree testing, flowchart, etc.

As a conclusion, the web design must be improved, making it simpler, more intuitive and more attractive. The importance of restructuring the menu to make it easier the search process, organize the product file and simplify the payment process.

A design system has been developed with all the components and elements such as buttons, cards, text styles, colors, etc. We create interactive prototypes of the web and also the responsive version for mobile, since more and more people use their smartphones to make online purchases.
