Asia Cup 2022 Cricket Tournament starting 27th Aug. 

The cricket tournament known as the Asia Cup 2022 Cricket Tournament is just one day away. The biggest T20 tournament in Asia, put on by the Asian Cricket Council in association with the International Cricket Council, will be in its fifteenth edition. The Asia Cup trophy, as its name suggests, is contested by Asian nations, and it is the top cricket award on the continent.

After an extended break of four years, the Asia Cup cricket competition is being held this year. The competition typically takes place every two years. The COVID-19 pandemic, however, has caused numerous delays and postponements, so the 15th edition will now take place in late 2022.
The Asia Cup 2022 qualifying round had been moved to July 2020. The Asian Cricket Council announced in May 2021 that the competition would not take place. As a result, the qualifying event was moved to August of this year, pushing the tournament to 2022.

The schedule for the Asia Cup has already been determined. The qualifiers for the competition will start on August 27 and continue through the final game on September 11.
