This is My Portfolio Side about Event that I ever Managed and Design that I do

There are the last 2 events that I managed together with my Koko Cici Jawa Barat 2019 friends

The 2019 Moon Cake Festival event held in November 2019 at Istana Plaza Mall, Bandung. My position in this event is as treasurer and soundman. This event featured dance competitions and fashion shows as well as show how to make snow moon cakes. The event had no problem at all, and went so well.

The 2021 West Java Pemkoci event be held in February 2021 at BTC Mall multipurpose building, Bandung. My position in this event is as vice chairman of the event and treasurer as well as soundman and live streaming. I have a double job because we are short of manpower. There are several problems that occur in this event. We have been holding this event since March 2020, but we need to postponed this event in 2021 due to the Covid 19 regulations and the lockdown that does not allow us to make the event. On the other hand, we have finalists who were auditioned before Covid 19 came to Indonesia. The finalists already have done online quarantine and need to do offline quarantine as well as the grand final. Because the event was postponed, so many sponsors and vendors of the West Java Pemkoci event resigned. In 2021 we were finally allowed to do the offline event but can't invite any spectator, we had to look for new sponsors and vendors. When we announced there would be an offline quarantine, we got into trouble again because there were 3 participants who were positive for covid 19, the solution was to do an online quarantine for the 3 participants. Not only that, during offline quarantine we need to adjust the schedule for using the meeting room according to government regulations, which is a maximum till 8 pm. On the night of the grand final there was a problem with the livestreaming vendor who arrived late and had a problem with the livestream, namely the audio could not be connected to the livestream. The solution at that time I had to coordinate with the livestream vendor, as a soundman at that time I had to turn on the audio and livestream display simultaneously. Overall, Even though the Event started late, and had so many problems, the event went well.
