A landscape master plan for this 8-acre campus carefully conserves the existing vegetation that include Coconut groves, a few Palm trees, Banyan and other trees. The meandering pathways connect multiple container cottages and four-bedded suites that have sit-outs to stretch out and with the sea view. Bodhi Gallery, a 100-seated open-air theatre under a magnificient Banyan tree provides an ideal backdrop for get-togethers. Other facilities include a Swimming pool, Bouquet hall, Restaurant, Gathering lawn, View deck on a tree, Kids play area and other service facilities.
