Suffocation
: to die because you are unable to breathe
: to kill (someone) by making breathing impossible
: to be uncomfortable because there is not enough fresh air
All of us have times where we feel suffocated. We suffocate ourselves with thoughts. Just as we will die without oxygen, we are able to die inside with our haunting thoughts.
