I was honoured to be commissioned by The International Slavery Museum to create artwork for Slavery Remembrance Day, specifically my artwork was used during the remberance walk that takes place through Liverpool.

I created patterns featuring the Sankofa Bird, a symbol  of "going back to the past and bringing forward that which is useful"

I also created a large illustration featuring a diverse group of people walking through some of the landmarks that are involved in the remembrance walk some of which were built off the back of the slave trade. smaller illustration were created from the main image to be all for multiple uses i.e plaques, signs, postcards...
