Pearl House

Nestled in the woods like a pearl in a clam, this structure gathers and makes its own beauty from its lush green surroundings. The concept has a simple contemporary Barn-style shell, accentuated by white-wash breaks, wooden strips and perforated metal panels. Via large openings, the Living area and main sleeping quarters have their attention drawn out to a pool which supplements the connection between the outdoors and indoors, pulling the design together as a home for living, relaxing and sharing with nature.
