This project is in relation to a neurological condition known as Synesthesia. People with Synesthesia can see or taste colours while hearing & vice versa. They can visualise colours floating in their visions while listening to music as well. As a designer, i find the connection to be beautiful; therefore, I have pondered the questions: "What if I have Synesthesia too?" "What will I be able to see?"​​​​​​​

By telling a story of what I perceived through classical music, I translate them into colors and poetry. Yet, most importantly, my aim is to educate readers by presenting a different perspective,
highly inspired by classical music.

You are welcome to explore and discover these four books at your own pace. While reading, you are highly recommended to listen to the classical pieces in order to fully immerse yourself
in this musical experience.

Each book represents a classical piece and chronologically according the time of the night. The book covers are artworks of ‘Synesthesia Music Sheets’ that I designed. The lines represent the length of the note, whereas the colours represent the pitch. The type of art style is determined by the medium of the books' contents.

I love to visualise what colours do I feel as it resonates with my heart.
