PANDEMIC Title Sequence

2020년 1월, 전 세계를 혼란에 빠뜨린 코로나 바이러스(COVID - 19)가 대한민국에도 확산되기 시작했다. 누구도 예상하지 못한 치명적인 감염병의 확산은 우리의 일상은 물론 정치, 경제, 사회를 완 전히 뒤바꾸어 놓았다. 당연했던 일상들이 당연할 수 없게 되어버린 세상.

코로나 바이러스로 인해 변화된 생활 속 요소들에 집중하고자 ‘팬데믹(PANDEMIC)’을 주제로 시네마틱 타이틀 시퀀스 영 상을 제작하게 되었다.

사회적 거리두기, 마스크 착용 의무화, 전자출입명부 작성, 영업시간 제한, N차 백신 접종 등 전례없던 변화가 찾아온 일상 공간들을 관찰하고, 제작하고 묘사했다. 첫 확산부터 현 상황에 이르기까지의 과정을 돌아보며, 다시 돌아가기 힘든 일상에 대한 안타까움과 의료진에 대한 감사를 표한다.

In January 2020, the Corona Virus (COVID-19), which caused chaos around the world, began to spread to South Korea. The spread of a deadly infectious disease that no one expected has completely changed our daily life as well as politics, economy, and society.

In order to focus on the elements in our lives that have been changed due to the Corona virus, I 've produced a cinematic title sequence video with the theme of ‘PANDEMIC’.

Observe, create, and describe everyday spaces that have experienced unprecedented changes such as social distancing, mandatory wearing of masks, electronic entry lists, business hours restrictions, and several times of vaccination. Looking back on the process from the first outbreak to the current situation, I express our regret for the daily life that we cannot go back to and our gratitude to the medical staff.
