Abandoned Houses of the Mojave Desert - Typology

Typology project(2022)
In my Creative Photography A course at Cal State Fullerton, I learned how to develop my own B&W film and the printing process in the darkroom. This typology project was intended to help us master the printing process by challenging us to produce 6 photos of the same type of subject and trying to make them in a way that reproduces the same basic composition. For my project, I chose to focus on photographing abandoned houses in the towns of Trona, CA and Garlock, CA in the Mojave desert.
