parts of the process. Realistically, there was much more that happens when
we prepare our ramen, but as we are limited, I decided to share the main parts.
Noodles before boil next to our set up for ramen toppings → pouring in the dashi → straining out the water from the cooked noodles → a shot of my co-worker preparing the toppings for the ramen → finally a final shot of the ramen (our Super Suppai [sour] ramen :) )
