Typography Poster

This is a typography poster for the Comedy of Errors by William Shakespeare. The purpose of this project was to create a poster that represents the theme of the play through the use of typography.  The play revolves around a series of mistaken identities, as the story unfolds more information is revealed and things become clearer to the characters.

The poster reflects this theme. Starting at the top, the text is disjointed and nearly disappears into the background. As the viewer's eyes move down, the title becomes more coherent and darkens in value. Ultimately, ending in  in perfectly legible and dark-valued text. Imitating the theme of the play.
