Key findings of design research
Unlike other production methods, it is possible to increase the number of parts produced in a unit of time with 3D printers only by multiplying the number of printers. This situation has revealed the concept of a 3D printing farm. In cases where the production of multiple parts is required, using different electronic components for each printer is not necessary. Various mechanical parts, such as axes and print heads, can be controlled by a single electronic module.

Final Concept
The M-4 3D printing station offers an efficient production system by using 3 types of modules.
The M4 3D printing system consists of 3 main modules; a printing module, an electronic module, and an additional filament module.

The specified modules can come together in different combinations.
The modular structure of the design provides savings in machine investment costs and efficient area usage in production spaces (office, laboratory, factory, etc.).
The station allows the production of 4 parts simultaneously with the extensive combination of a single electronic module.
