The Gundam Place Store Branding
When I was asked by TGPS to create their brand almost all of the main online stores in the category lacked an identity and had overcrowded and confusing websites. Also, the few brands that had defined identities were thinking of the hobby as "toys for kids", leaving room to a more serious and professional approach.
The idea behind TGPS was to have a strong, though presence that would appeal to adults while showing a deep knowledge of Gundam culture. 
We picked black as the main color, and Gundam Place red and white to complement the palette. The whole visual style was extracted from the cyberpunk and futuristic style of Gundams.

Having defined this style, we developed complementary graphics, applications of the logo and photos of the built models.

Being an e-commerce business, the website has paramount importance for the brand as the main home and final point of contact for costumers. We designed a complete experience for all modelers, that incorporated the information and resources they needed and was useful for them to find everything fast and easy.

Throughout their 2 years of existence, the brand has become one of the most visible and well positioned stores in the Gundam and collectibles category in the USA.
