Staedtler pencils

This poster concept highlights the traditional values of the Staedtler brand, showcasing how this pencil design has stayed the same for decades.

With a playfully nostalgic nature, the 1950s clipart-inspired illustration incorporates the product itself, inspired by Christoph Niemann's work. It shows how the design of this particular product hasn't changed since 1955, and although the brand was founded in 1835, once the pencils got the black & yellow appearance they never looked back.

The main message here is that everyday objects have changed since 1955 or have gone unused since (such as hair rollers), however the Staedtler Noris 120 pencil stays true to its essence, remains unchanged and is still used today.
