The kindergarten
Stop motion animation with puppets
A story starts with the memory of an old man who was born in a special kindergarten, where he learned to love nature and his siblings. The protagonist's confusion leads to a discussion about motherhood and our relationship with nature.
The fictional animation is inspired by the colonised women and soil—the story of black female slaves in plantation. In the animation, feminism is extended to a cross-species level, where the inner-unified core is addressed: the naturalisation of femininity and the femininity of nature. Behind the heavenly harmony, the violence and oppression that reflect both history and contemporary phenomenons are concealed.
