Increasing awareness for woman of cultural-based violence

The "Silenced Voices" campaign aims to increase the awareness and the knowledge among the victims of cultural-based violence and among society as a whole.  The campaign raises awareness about inequalities woman of culturally diverse communities face on a daily basis such as gender inequality, sexual harassment, discrimination and domestic violence due to being deprived from their right to equality, freedom and right to control their own lives.

The campaign also prevents women from different cultural backgrounds to tolerate such violence in silence. Encouraging woman to speak up and reduce the violence against women of cultural backgrounds through awareness posters and sensibility raising campaigns.
