I've been experimenting with collage lately. This artwork features an actress from my country. I particularly fell in love with the pose of the original image and this led me to imagine the rest of the elements around her. With collages as I'm finding, it's all a matter of trial and error in as far as the choice of the elements used and their placement. My aim was to create something abstractly harmonious and that it feels good to the eye. I like how it all came together. I've also discovered my love for the crimson color which I didn't think I had in me! :)
