ATRIC Developments, previously known as El Asreya Developments, is one of the leading real estate development companies in Egypt since 1998. The previous identity had lots of problems like poor colors and weak brand mark which led to a low awareness level. Based on that the brand was reworked into a new one that is minimal, unique, human-centric, and brings new thinking to the market which is "Elevated Living". 
The new brand identity was inspired by elevated living. That was translated into the simple yet smart logo which has the A letter elevated to reflect the company slogan. That moment took place by ATRIC to bring trust, safety, and elevate the people's lifestyle. 
The elevation effect also was implemented in the brand's different applications in order to be consistent, unique, and deliver the "Elevated Living message.




The challenge was to change the name of the brand, which has been in the market for years,
So we took the first letters of "El Asreya for Tourism and Real Estate Investment Corporation to come up with a unique and attractive name that match the market needs.




An out-of-the-ordinary billboard campaign that captured the eyes of those all around Egypt and gained substantial awareness across all social media platforms, through the creation of a brand concept that relates to people on a personal and hypothetical level. The billboards portraying “stuck?”, “worried”; “lost” is a teaser campaign grabbing the attention of people facing everyday
problems, perhaps getting stuck in traffic or taking the wrong route and getting lost, relating to them on a personal level, while also representing what one would face when entering real estate. AZ Studios, doing what we do best.
