Work Breakdown
I started with creating the two poses that i felt encapsulated her personality she's stubborn and throws tantrums but she's very headstrong I was initially going to draw her with her gun and also her sulking.
Her character unlike her sister is alot more aggresive and fiery so most of the first expressions i chose showcased her personality and i also decided that she'd have burn scars which are part of the reason she's half cyborg and uses a helmet majority of the time.
Expression References
I reorganized the expressions to be similar to the one I made for her sister , and added more expressions of her sighing, shocked, and disgusted and also incorporated her with and without her helmet.
Silas Expression Sheet
Silas is alot more cheerful, goofy, and a crybaby compared to her sibling. I wanted them to be similar yet different as you can see they also share similar color palettes but inverted.
I chose the lineart color to be a bright purple that would allow for the colors to mingle together more nicely and show how cool colors can make the character look more futuristic.
I found this color palette on Pinterest and I'm also heavily inspired by cyberpunk, cybergoth, Daft Punk, Tron, the eighties I wanted these characters to emulate that style.
At this point the video source was already downloaded but i realized i forgot the star on her hat and also that i didn't add the burn marks. her eyes are stars that change color depending on her mood but most of the time theyre a cyan color.
