How i teached seniors to draw

I was lucky to work with NPO Seniors. I've developed a program of 6 creative activities. The main request was to learn how to draw, but It's difficult to do this in such a short time, but it is possible to show how to express yourself in creativity.

On the first lesson we painted a still life. Elderly could use colored pencils and gouache. They've trying to draw grapefruit and pomegranate. It looks easy, but it took them 1/5 hours to complete it.

On the second session, we had an art therapy exercise. It was necessary to draw your memory in a bottle. They needed to draw the most pleasant memory of the summer.
On the third lesson, we drew portraits. We only managed to draw two people, but we talked a little about anatomy.

At the fourth lesson, everyone split into groups and made their own cartoon. It was necessary to come up with a plot and draw everything necessary (background, characters, necessary surroundings).

On the fifth lesson, we performed an exercise when in a group of 5 people each had their own topic and it was necessary to exchange sheets so that everyone added something of their own.

In the sixth lesson, we made New Year cards. That was fun and very creative, because they draw rabbits and trees and Santa.
