In July 2020, Colt invited its employees to express their creativity and thought process in a Colt behaviour design competition for help with designing images associated with Colt's 12 Behaviours. It saw more than 100 fantastic entries from across the globe & the designs were reviewed and judged by its expert panel of ELT members.

My submission was chosen as one of the winning designs for 'Care' behaviour. It was featured on the Colt Inspire portal (internal award platform and in various social media platforms). I was also featured as one of the 'Talents of Colt' in the company's social media pages (Facebook and Instagram)

As a token of appreciation, received a €75 award on Colt Award platform from Keri Gilder, CEO.
