Urban Jungle: Uptown '22 - Video Campaign
August 20th, Urban Jungle opened up its third location in Uptown, Minneapolis.
I took on the mission of getting the word out to the people, and this is how I went about it.​​​​​​​

Urban Jungle is a resale store that focuses on vintage along side streetwear fashion. 
I wanted to capture that identity through old, and new formats of shooting; Super 8 vs. a Black Magic 6k.  

This style helped me communicate my vision with the opening of the new location.
"Out with the old, in with the new."

 As well as plays back to the Urban Jungle brand, you can find a $5 vintage t-shirt sitting next to the newest pair of $500 Jordan's. 
That's just the way we roll!

I wanted to take the viewer on a trip, making it intimate with the feeling of it being an old home movie that friends took on a trip around the town
Showcasing reminiscent locations around the first Urban Jungle store front. ( First Half )

Then with the disappointment of the Super 8 burning out comes the new experiences, and memories we make down the line. ( Second Half )

The Outline

The strategy behind the social posts was that day by day we would release a flyer from the video to tease the release of the video, and then on day 1 we dropped a giveaway that we were doing, and on opening day we released the full video.
