#Too Much Information

Mail art, also known as postal art and correspondence art, was an artistic movement in the 60s centered on sending small-scale works through the postal service.

The idea behind the movement was to create a global community, through the post as a mass medium, putting an emphasis on the act of exchange and collaboration, free of barriers like language, ideology and religion.

The goal of mail art was to establish a network of informative art that people could exchange through the postal service; in today's environment, however, people frequently experience overstimulation from spam/ junk mail and biased information as a result of the rapid updating of social media and the cyber techs. I would like to propose and develop a dynamic and thoughtful provoking typographic and visual narrative to raise the awareness regarding biased medias.
