This is a project that is a digital painting project, just as much as it is performative, time based project. I came to Trout Lake retreat to be a gardener/artist in residency. The garden has this stunning view that I set out to render everyday, you find the various moods, times and weather of each day to be vastly different. I also went for a cold dip for every day that I created a sketch. This is a handful of the sketches, as many have been done on paper, cardboard and handy materials. These are the digital painting.
