Obsession. Judging yourself with the gaze of others. Trying to read everyone's facial expressions because they might mean something. Has this guy looked at you in a funny way? Are they mocking you? Before you know, you are lost in this game, trying to mind read everyone, failing oh so miserably, focusing on what they think so much that you are completely forgetting about yourself. Whose perception is it? What perception is it?
