O seu destino | DoceBela Bananas
The ''O seu destino'' project aims to bring, within the banana agro company DoceBela, the feeling of belonging to its employees. Since its farms supply a large part of the southeastern coast of Brazil, DoceBela Bananas has a large workforce consisting of people. People are those who move us, motivate us and give us meaning. We are people! And with this feeling, ''O seu destino'' wants to take into this industrial process, all this culture, belonging and self-love for its employees.
This project consists of several lectures, graphic materials in addition to structured internal communication designed so that all those who are there can feel good and have quality work.
This is a joint project between Doce Bela Bananas and the advertising agency Invista Propaganda.
