Tacklesport Multimedia

This portfolio contains some graphical and interactive work which was undertaken as part of an advanced internship at Tacklesport ltd in which I was acting as a Multimedia producer as well as studying Applied Management at post graduate level.

Tacklesport produce digital resources for the sport sector and more specifically the coaching and teaching of sport. I produced a number of resources for the company during my time there predominantly in Flash, using Actionscript 3. I was responsible for the projects from concept through to completion, therefore I learnt about the management of the development process alongside the design and coding advancements that I made.

This was my first professional job outside of university and I dont think that the design really represents my capability or style, however it does demonstrate ability to work with briefs and manage complex projects in addition to technical coding ability.
Active Sport
This project was internally developed and involved the reformatting of newly licensed video footage into an interactive resource for sport teachers providing them with ideas for lessons and training sessions
Both Warm ups and Energisers and Games and Practices are the property of Tacklesport ltd, therefore I cannot upload interactive versions of the product, however, they can be bought or reviewed at these urls:

[Warmups and Energisers]

[Games and Practices]

The screenshots depict the resource being used. The video was edited by myself including the titles and I designed and coded the resources which had complex navigation systems. Each resource contained between 20 and 30 videos.
Institue of Swimming - Stroke Analysis tool
This resource was produced for a client and was eventually sold as individual resources on their online store. Therefore I cannot link or post too much information about the projects.
There were four individual resources which contained video and "hotspots" which are images with interactive buttons that reveal information corresponding to the specific area on the image. Each resource contained five videos and five hotspots as well as additional information. There was again a large amount of interactivity alongside video editing and animating.
Human Kinetics - Cricket Drills
This project involved illustrating 70+ cricket drills in one spot colour to be printed in an American book about Cricket. This was my first encounter with the professional print process. The project was completed a week ahead of schedule and the client was impressed with the results. Below is a selection of some of the images.
