Playing Cards
As a gift for my boyfriend at our first anniversary, I designed two playing cards with us on them.
The summer before our anniversary we spent all the time playing cards on the beach. It was the first time he ever played with regional italian cards, and he learned all the games.
Sardinian playing cards
The card that represent me is the king of coins. On the background I drew the "Teatro Valli" an historical building of the city I'm from, Reggio Emilia.
The card that represent my boyfriend is instead the king of swords, and on his background I drew the place where he is from, Santa Maria Navarrese on the eastern coast of Sardinia with its characteristic tower.
