Striking Illustrations is a collection of postcards based on matchbox labels dating between 1910-1940, predominantly from Sweden, India and China.
Small and cheaply produced as well as anonymously designed and ephemeral in nature, and because of all of those characteristics, they often go unnoticed despite their skillful well crafted execution.
