The poster design for the Nirvana Inutero 20th anniversary edition my thought process was to pay homage to Kurt Cobain the lead singer of the band who took his own life 20 years ago, hence the reason behind the angle wings and hint the original Inutero cover. The target audience for this piece was 16-26 also male and female, working class/ people that listen to this genre. The design approach was making it appear rough and grunge.
