The chairman is a project introduced by SMU club (Start Menu Union) whose mission is to prepare the youth to be effective in civil work society, careers, or startups by using a wide variety of education techniques.
The participants are divided between a set of startups and that are expected to fall into crisis which could heavily affect their future performance
