A collection of essays collated, edited and designed by me; illustrations by me, aside from in these images Jingyalov Hats by Joanna Kambourian. Vegetarian recipes from Armenia, Artsakh and the diaspora* starting with an Armenian cocktail in the garden, followed by mezze, big pots of hot food, and coffee and sweets. All profits from this after the cost of printing was covered are donated to fundraisers for those fleeing the 2020-2022 war in Artsakh.
