Twisting from inside out, leaping in and out, awakening the body and shifting it.

When did we start learning to express our feelings through our bodies? Just like how babies know that murmuring will draw attention, and after taking in, they release. Life can restrict the rhythm of bodily movement at any time, and we must give up one set of learning experiences and arrange another system.

Based on the connection between joints and nerves / the reduction of the existence of time and space, with ups and downs and conflicts, like getting goosebumps, it may be easy to fall into the stretching and suppression imagined, following the guidance of gravity, presenting a smooth and illusory image but full of rough emotions and bodily structures.
