Crying, strong men do. Being able to cry or expressing emotions as men are frowned upon in this society. Being called weak, crybaby, or to just man up when men expresses vulnerabilities can progressively impact their mental health negatively. My work challenges the societal norms of “MEN SHOULD NOT CRY” with a humorous looking buff Yoda blessing us men with his wiseness and tough look to show that it is okay to cry or be vulnerable.
