The Crusty Boule is a fictious bakery aimed to make their customers feel warm, cozy while using the best ingredients to make their artisan goods. I chose this name because "Boule" is often the name used for a round artisan bread. It comes out of the oven with a thick crust, that cracks when you rip it apart.
