Every year, Star Wars fans all over the world gather to celebrate a special date: May 4th. Known as the "Star Wars Day", numerous activites such as movie marathons and costume contests are organized for fans, sci-fi lovers and curious spectators.
As a lightning project and a tribute to George Luca's saga I designed an Instagram illustration. Inspired by the #WellPacked hashtag, which consists in revealing the content inside a backpack, I wonderd how this concept would apply to Star Wars. I came up with the following items, objects one would find inside the backpack of a -very hispter yet dark- Star Wars character:
- Han Solo's DL-44 pistol
- Anakin's racing goggles
- A Galactic Empire passport (?)
- A wristwatch inspired by R2-D2
- Darth Vader's lightsaber
- A Polaroid picture of the Death Star
- A Jedi Order necklace.
