Ms. Sytnik created a comics magazine about the police and security using contest submissions from children.  This magazine was published with a total circulation of 5,000 copies.  Guidebooks with security lessons were developed for teachers to use in schools. Patrol police and children were invited to events that promote this cause.

Also, a children's bicycle race for the Police Cup was held in the Kherson region for 5 years in a row. In total, about 3,000 children took part in the competition. Advertisements, illustrations, and printing materials were developed by Yuliia Sytnyk.

As part of the project, Yulia developed booklets on domestic violence, human trafficking, personal and road safety. On the sidewalks, we painted stencils about being careful on the road
