This piece is a sequel to my first studio piece (Life Ahead). It illustrates an older version of the baby girl overlooking the ocean. The waves are a metaphor of all the struggles and triumphs the old lady has experienced in her life. The environmental changes, such as the clouds post rain, symbolize the journey to recovery and reaching inner piece with oneself.
