Morocco Fabrication Lab Component

This is the final digital mockup of the coaster. The Illustrator file would be uploaded to a laser cutting machine which would raster and vector into cork for me. The colors are what the machine uses to determine the operation and line thickness. For example, the red line shows where the object will be cut out of the material. The area next to that with no fill would have the fullest thickness, because the machine would not perform and operation on it. The cork would be .25 inches thick. The rest of the cutting thicknesses would be:
Green= .125"
Yellow= .0625"
Magenta= .1"
Blue= .05"
This is the black and white logo created in a previous part of the project which I worked from to create the digital mockup.
These sketches for the fabrication lab component. Above, on the left were designs for a coaster. On the right are the front and back of a key chain. The bottom is a two layer postcard in which the country shape and name would be die cut to reveal an image underneath.
