NOS is a sustainable tableware made of 100% natural materials such as walnut shells, pine resin, and Canauva Powder. By grinding a large amount of walnut shells into various sizes, it proposes new CMF with different colors, patterns, and light transmission. This material is 100% eco-friendly as it uses pine resin as the main binding agent, yet it can be used permanently

NOS는 호두껍질과, 송진, 카나우바 분말과 같은 100% 자연 물질로 만들어진 지속가능한 테이블웨어입니다.
다량의 호두껍질을 여러 크기로 분쇄하여 색상, 패턴, 빛 투과율마저 모두 다른 새로운 CMF를 제안합니다.
이 소재는 주된 바인더로 송진을 사용하여 100% 친환경 소재임에도 영구적으로 사용 가능합니다.

When separated from the kernel, the shell of a nut loses its function. Although walnut

shells are typically disposed of as food waste, this can lead to resource waste and environmental pollution.

견과 껍질은 속피와 분리되면 외피의 기능을 상실합니다.
호두껍질은 일반적으로 음식물 쓰레기로 버려지는 것이 일반적이지만, 이는 자원 낭비와 환경오염을 야기할 수 있습니다.

However, walnut shells have similar components to wood and can be used naturally
in everyday life. Additionally, due to their relatively dry and stiff nature, they are difficult
for insects to penetrate even through small holes or gaps, and have the advantage of being almost odorless.

하지만 호두껍질은 목재와 유사한 성분을 가지고 있어 일상생활에서 자연스럽게 사용되기 충분한 소재입니다. 또한 상대적으로 건조하고

경직된 소재이기에, 벌레의 입구가 되는 작은 구멍이나 틈새가 생기기에도 어려우며, 무향에 가까운 장점을 지니고 있습니다.

이 프로젝트는 이러한 장점을 가진 호두껍질을 활용하여 간단한 테이블웨어를 제작하였습니다.
