The brochure came already printed with portraits of J. Caples. The assignment was to create an envelope for distributing the brochure to art and creative directors in advertising agencies. Since we doodle all over anything imaginable, I added various doodles on a tracing paper envelope, making Caples into Batman, John Lennon, Mickey Mouse, Elvis etc., in a way someone would casually doodle over a drawing in a meeting.
