Software used: Revit, Autocad, 3d Max, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator

The area is located on the western outskirts of Lodi in a sparse building environment with large green areas, industries, commercial uses and residential spaces. The analysis of the accessibility, the traffic, distances from the nearest public transport stations and of the existing bicycle paths contributed to our subsequent decisions for the placement of the main entrances as well as for the circulation inside. Quite an intense and interesting feature in the area is the nature, which also influenced design choices.
CONCEPT DIAGRAM
MASTERPLAN 1:500
The distribution of uses and the creation of axes take place around the existing and unique tree of the plot. A central axis allows the entrance from the north and south side while the functions are distributed based on their best relationship, the orientation of the site and the creation of a community. The functions of the surrounding area are placed based on the circulation inside and outside the site, the neighboring uses and the location of the school functions. The car park is located to the north, the 2 bicycle parking lots at the two main entrances of the school, while open spaces are created around it for play, gathering, sports, walking, a garden for cultivation, having as a basic condition the contact and connection with nature.

Ground floor is a unified, mainly transparent base with a central patio while first floor can be characterized as a second elevated courtyard enclosed by a second skin of wooden vertical blinders, adapted to respond to the existing solar conditions of the area but also to unify the composition, continuing the visual calm in such a wide and flat landscape. Taking into account the orientation of the building and the function of each space, helps us to control the solar exposure, to offer thermal comfort and to create interesting elevations. Inside the second skin the 4 volumes covered with blue green roof technology and the half m2 of them are utilized for the installation of photovoltaic panels in order to maximize the energy autonomy of the building.

TECHNOLOGICAL SECTION
ELEVATIONS 1:200
Building is designed as a steel construction, in order to provide lightness, flexibility and creation of large dimensions free spaces. Our intentions are guided by the desire to achieve Leed Goals both in the design of the building and its interior, the space that surrounds it and the landscape in which it is located.
