In a city, every year there will be one day with the heaviest rain of the year. Within that day, it is said that sea spirits will take their minions flying around the city on rainy days to learn about human beings. These fish will have the opportunity to open their eyes to the story of human life. It is said that this event is like a trade-off from the fact that humans tend to dive to explore under the sea frequently. Therefore, it may be the reason that these marine lives may want to study human life as well
