25 youth volunteers from NYC and Miami traveled to Haiti on February 2014 to build transitional houses together with 300 Haitian youth volunteers and more than 200 families living in slums.
 
My role there was to shoot a video showcasing a brief explanation of the experience of building with TECHO non profit organization. You can vatch the video here:

While capturing images for the video, I took some photos of haitian children which I show below. How can I describe them? curious, hard working, cheerful, energetic, hopeful...
I believe there's so much we can do so that these kids have a future. Starting by giving them a home is a good beginning. TECHO also focuses on social inclusion programs such as education, healthcare and economic development amongst others.
