RUINS IN REVERSE

The summoning of Pash’s poetry in the current socio-political context of India of the spaces we inhabit is a provocation to unearth the silences that have been buried underneath the official, documented, and visible discourses. The ruins of what remains of the alternate discourse erect a traversing into the past that has led to the future of these silences. A future that is not a tense anymore but a present that looms behind you, much like Kaloo Bhangi of Krishan Chander. Rummaging through the silences and staying with them, these ruins seek to take things in reverse and then commence the trial of the portrayal of a robust through Pash’s poetry.

‘Ruins in Reverse’ intends to present a piece of altering the requirement of a 56-inch chest to break the echo chambers of the voices that work on the idea of silencing someone.
