The Beginning

"Началото" (translated as 'The Beginning') is a book written by Prof. Dimitar Dinev.
The story is about the beginning of Trakia University and is told from Prof. Dinev's perspective. There are included events from 1974 - the beginning of Higher Institute of Animal Production and Veterinary Medicine - to nowadays when the latter and Higher Medical Institute are now merged into Trakia University Stara Zagora.

The front cover of the book is an old photograph of Higher Institute of Animal Production and Veterinary Medicine building accompanied by minimalistic title in red - the official colour of the university. It is also used for the spine and the back cover.
The endpaper is a vectorized image of Higher Institute of Animal Production and Veterinary Medicine (now Trakia University) building taken back in year 1974. It is tinted in pinkish colour complementing the maroon background. Same is used on the official university website.
At the beginning of every part there's a spread in red depicting a Tracian horseman - the same one from the Trakia University logo - and roman numbering of the following part.
