This is some of the pre-production I did for my third Design Project, an animated short film titled 'PusthakaPuzhu'. Since the story was set in an urban Kerala house from the 2000's, I got a floor plan for the same working along with an architect friend of mine to get an idea. Since almost the entire film is set inside this particular house, I decided to design the house in 3d for the animatics to get an idea of how I can use camera angles and also to save time that would be spent drawing. The final output is a 5 minute animatic with scratch sound design.
